Simply put, we inform and guide sellers to make better decisions and have a better home selling experience. And best of all, we'll hold your hand through the entire process, for free! We won't rest until your home is sold.

Our Story

As real estate entrepreneurs, we have bought and sold thousands of homes. It doesn't take selling thousands of home sales to know that it can be an extremely emotional, stressful, and expensive experience. We are determined to do our part to change that! In 2018, we went to work to build an unbiased, data-driven educational service to help home buyers and sellers learn about the best options available to them. “Location, location, location” doesn't just apply to the property you own. It also applies to those you engage with to help you buy or sell your home. We use data, rather than emotion or personal obligation to help you see who is best in your neighborhood to accomplish your goals.

Matt is Co-founder and CEO of SOLD.com, responsible for leading the vision and growth of the organization.

Matt has spent his 25 year career building real estate and financial services organizations. In 1996, Matt and fellow SOLD.com co-founder Evan Gentry started MoneyLine Lending Services. After selling the company in 2006 to Genpact, a spin-off of GE Capital, Matt stayed on as President of Genpact Mortgage Services. Matt led the division of the now publicly traded company through its international expansion through 2017.

Matt went on to lead Corporate Development at loanDepot, the nation's 2nd largest non-bank lender, where he led strategic initiatives including mello Home, a real estate agent matchmaking service designed to retain home buyers who had been pre-approved through loanDepot Mortgage.

Matt is passionate about empowering consumers to make smart moves, and removing the stress and friction from the real estate transaction.

Outside of work, Matt is a runner, cyclist, husband and proud father of 4.
